The app has a savings feature call smart savings. It detects how much you have in your checking account and pulls these little amounts everyday/every other day into a savings account. Usually for me it pulls about 5-10 dollars. And instead of taking a big chunk and putting into savings, it will gradually take little by little. I just cancelled Monarch money because their customer support is terrible. For weeks I have been trying to get help but the owners or support. They rely on bots for support. I will not give my hard earned money for a company who doesn't value client support.I'm really bummed to see it go. For the last 2 years I've tried to find alternatives but no luck. Tried Mint, Rocket, Google Pay, PayPal, even my bank has a billing feature. But none have been as simple as Prism. I want the fact that I can log into my bill account and it will show me due date, amount and balance.Issues with Rocket Money disconnecting amex credit card accounts. Budgeting. It's almost everytime i open up the app at this point. I mainly use my Amex cards, so this renders this completely useless. For Rocket Money, There is no way to even connect to utility companies. There is no support to connect to Insurance companies, gas or electrical companies. For my upcoming credit card payments it shows what I paid last month as my upcoming payment on 11/7.
