The letter rating used were in a tournament or league, not your actual skill. A 666 can be an A, or an A+, it is a bit on the edge. A player can easily play half a level under or over their skill. A 730 Fargo is a very strong player, it can be a lower level pro, just not a consistent high level pro like Strickland, Archer or SVB.
