The number of shares, 40,000,000 is way too low. By our estimates, there are some 300,000,000+ shares Naked that need to be covered. This share offering is just 13% of what they need. So, either a) they still need MMTLP to trade to close shorts b) we are way, way off in our estimate of the number of short shares. (Unlikely)

I think Mmat is a great long term play at these prices.
